Mitas, a tire manufacturer based in the Czech Republic, started in the profession in 1933 under the name MITAS Praha. The production site was originally established in Prague-Strašnice as a branch of Michelin and was nationalized after World War II in 1947 and renamed MITAS. With a well-trained team and an excellent technical infrastructure, the company acquired a solid reputation between 1949 and 1952 thanks to its high-quality production facility. In addition, they have extended their product line from bicycle tires to truck tires and now have three locations; Prague, Zlín and Otrokovice. Thanks to the widespread of their products, MITAS is a brand that users will not forget easily.
