Carburettor Transparent Float Bowl Kit BMW R45, R65, R60, R75, R80, R90, R100

This kit fits both 32mm and 40mm Bing CV carbs, and includes a pair of transparant float bowls, with new gaskets and float bowl retaining clips.

Please note: these are not for use with the Bing slide carbs fitted to R50 and R60 models.

These function just as normal float bowls, but are transparent, so are a dual purpose item:

• Use them to customise your bike while continuing to ride it as normal on the road.
• Also use them in the workshop; because you can see everything operating inside the float bowl, you can adjust your float levels accurately, see if you have any contaminants in the fuel and look for other problems such as a sticking float needle.

The bowls are specially shaped to prevent your floats sticking to them, which with the standard bowl often causes flooding.

Each bowl fits either side; simply remove the appropriate blank for your choke feed.
